Congratulations to Professor Guy Marks​ on being awarded a National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Investigator Grant (L3)​ for Innovation for Global Lung Health.

Professor Marks is Director of Respiratory Research​ at the Ingham Institute. He is a world-leading respiratory physician and epidemiologist, whose work focuses on mitigating environmental causes of ill-health due to lung disease. His contributions to the fields of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, tuberculosis (TB) and air pollution have had global impact on responses to these problems.

Professor Marks was also awarded two additional NHMRC grants as Investigator, bringing total funding from 2023 to nearly $10 million.
