Michelle Wynne joined Ingham Institute in July 2025 as Senior Project Manager, bringing extensive experience in process improvement, project management, governance, policy development, and training across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner, Michelle is passionate about helping teams achieve operational excellence by eliminating waste, streamlining workflows, and enhancing quality. She has successfully led initiatives ranging from targeted process improvements to large-scale, complex projects that drive organisational change.
At Standards Australia, Michelle led the design and implementation of several key initiatives, including a Continuous Improvement Framework that resulted in 10% of all employees being trained in Lean Six Sigma methodology; a Document Governance Framework that improved the structure, accessibility, consistency, and control of organisational policies and procedures; and a Project Governance Framework that strengthened the approval and governance process for critical and infrastructure projects.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Deakin University, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications.
