Karen McMenamin is the General Manager of Liverpool Hospital. She has led teams for the planning, building and commissioning of the Fiona Stanley Hospital in Western Australia. She also has experience with service delivery models, financial performance targets, operations management, financial accountability, emergency management and strategic planning and Population Health.
Karen is also an Australian Council of Healthcare Standards (ACHS) Surveyor.
