The Ingham Institute coordinates an annual Science Poster Competition aimed at local high school students in Years 9 – 12 within the South Western Sydney region, to submit a poster of a scientific investigation or experiment from a topic of their own choosing or from the Science curriculum.
Poster will be judged by a panel of researchers ranging from medical students to clinical and academic professionals. The top five overall finalists will receive an Officeworks gift voucher and have the opportunity to compete in a Three Minute Poster (3MP), where they present their work in three minutes in a language appropriate to a non-specialist audience. Prizes are awarded to first place, runners up and people’s choice.
