Science Poster Competition

The Ingham Institute coordinates an annual Science Poster Competition aimed at local high school students in Years 9 – 12 within the South Western Sydney region, to submit a poster of a scientific investigation or experiment from a topic of their own choosing or from the Science curriculum.

Poster will be judged by a panel of researchers ranging from medical students to clinical and academic professionals. The top five overall finalists will receive an Officeworks gift voucher and also have the opportunity to compete in a Three Minute Poster (3MP), where they present their work in three minutes in a language appropriate to a non-specialist audience. Prizes are awarded to first place, runners up and people’s choice.

Poster Criteria Submissions:
⦁ Background A1 size (595mm x 840mm)
⦁ Aims Portrait or Landscape orientation accepted
⦁ Materials/Methods Electronic submissions only

⦁ Conclusion A1 size (595mm x 840mm)

Registrations close 5pm Friday 5th June, 2020.
Students can register here to enter the 2020 Science Poster Competition.

PRIVATE: Poster submissions are due by 5pm Friday 3rd July, 2020.
